Garlic Aioli

Starts with my base homemade mayo and will completely change your sauce game. 

Ingredients

  • Mayo Base
  • 1 egg, room temperature 

  • 1 cup avocado oil or light olive oil 

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 

  • ¼ teaspoon salt 

  • Make it Garlic Goodness
  • ⅓ cup mayo (store-bought, vegan, or homemade from above) 

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, finely grated 

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth and fully combined.
  • Taste and adjust. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge. Enjoy!
