Spicy Mayo & Garlic Aioli

minutesStarts with my base homemade mayo and will completely change your sauce game.
Ingredients
- Mayo Base
1 egg, room temperature
1 cup avocado oil or light olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
- Make it Spicy
⅓ cup mayo (store-bought, vegan, or homemade from above)
1 – 1½ tablespoons sriracha, to taste*
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon GF tamari or soy sauce
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth and fully combined.
- Taste and adjust. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge. Enjoy!
Notes
- *swap sriracha for gochujang paste or chili miso oil for a deeper, more complex heat
