What if I dont want to follow the meal plan all month?

Then don't. This is a tool to make your life easier and better not stressful. Take what you need and toss what you don't. 

Are the recipes good?

obviously. Just read the reviews if you don't trust me yet. 

Is it gf? Df?

 They are mostly GF and DF (with the ability to make them all GF & DF if needed, easily).

Are they recipes vegan?

+ 50% of the meal plan is plant based meals but the entire plan is not vegan no. 

Are the recipes difficult or Time consuming?

Nope. I personally prep for 30 mins on the weekend for added efficiency (but thats optional and just what I do). Breakfast is simple and quick. Lunch is always leftovers from dinner. And Dinners are 15-35 minutes on average. We hope you take some time to pause, make dinner and mindfully enjoy it every evening. But these are designed for the busy in mind.

No, the meal plan is not based on portion control or counting calories or macros. My recipes always make leftovers so you can cook once and eat multiple times, the portions you eat are up to you and your body. Everyone is different.
