I bought the monthly meal plan to have an organized grocery list, easy sunday prep mapped out for me and new healthy recipes for the month. I made a few of Ariannes recipes on TikTok and loved them so I knew these would be good. + 50% of the meal plan is plant based meals but the entire plan is not vegan no.
Nope. I personally prep for 30 mins on the weekend for added efficiency (but thats optional and just what I do). Breakfast is simple and quick. Lunch is always leftovers from dinner. And Dinners are 15-35 minutes on average. We hope you take some time to pause, make dinner and mindfully enjoy it every evening. But these are designed for the busy in mind.
