Strawberry Vinaigrette

minutesPeak summer in a jar. Fresh, lightly sweet, beautifully pink — this is the dressing that makes a simple bowl of greens feel like a celebration. Three ingredients and two minutes and your salads are completely transformed.
Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, green tops removed
1 1/2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 – 1/2 tsp of salt (to taste)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend, scraping down sides as needed. Enjoy!
Notes
- Swap strawberries for raspberries or peaches when they’re in season. Add a teaspoon of honey if your berries aren’t very sweet. A few fresh basil leaves blended in adds a beautiful herby dimension. Use immediately.
