This is the ranch you’ve been waiting for — dairy-free, protein-packed, and made from real whole-food ingredients that actually love your body back. A creamy tofu and cashew base gives it that thick, cool, classic ranch texture without dairy while fresh herbs bring fresh flavour. All the nostalgia, but feel better about using it on everything.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (30g) soaked cashews

  • 1 cup (240g) firm tofu

  • 2–4 tbsp water (to blend)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

  • ½ – 1 tsp salt

  • Pinch Black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Cover Cashews with boiling water and let sit for 15 minutes; then drain.
  • Add Cashews, tofu, water, lemon, vinegar, nutritional yeast, garlic, onion, salt, pepper to a blender and combine until very smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in all chopped herbs.
  • Transfer to a glass container and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
