Hi! Im arianne

This Chocolate Mocha Mousse with Tofu is a rich, creamy dessert that’s high in protein and vegan-friendly. Made from silken tofu, this mousse achieves a smooth and velvety texture while providing a substantial protein boost. High-quality melted chocolate creates a deep chocolate flavor, while a splash of espresso or strong brewed coffee adds a mocha twist, balancing the sweetness and enhancing the richness.

This mousse is light yet indulgent, making it perfect for a healthy treat. It can be served chilled in small bowls, topped with whipped coconut cream, cocoa powder, or fresh berries for added flavor and texture. This dessert is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a delicious, high-protein, and dairy-free dessert option.

This recipe is part of my Feel Good Treats Summer series, where we’re all about enjoying your favorite treats but making them healthier so you feel really freaking good! All the treats are damn delicious and also happen to be gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, anti-inflammatory, and mostly vegan.

I started developing these feel-good treats after being diagnosed with Lyme disease. Check out the story and video here!
