Start your day feeling energized and motivated! This smoothie is a great way to get your morning veg without feeling like you’re eating a salad! This smoothie is crisp, creamy, refreshing and delicious.

Blueberry Veg Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana

  • 1 ½ cups of frozen wild blueberries

  • 1 -2 large stems of celery

  • 2/3 cup sliced zucchini (about half a normal zuc, or one full small one)

  • 1 handful greens (spinach or kale)

  • 2 Tablespoons of Hemp Seeds

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup Unsweetened nut milk

  • 1 Tablespoon of almond butter

  • 2 scoops/servings of collagen powder **

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
    Enjoy immediately.

    **If vegan, omit collagen and double the hemp seeds or use your plant protein powder of choice
