Easy ‘cheezy’ hummus sauce

Miso paste brings the salt and umami plus gut-loving fermented benefits. Nutritional yeast is packed with B vitamins your nervous system needs. Together they create a cheesy, deeply savoury flavour without a single drop of dairy. This is the secret weapon sauce.
Ingredients
⅓ cup garlic hummus
1 ½ tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon miso paste
3-4 tablespoons water
Directions
- Combine hummus, nutritional yeast and miso paste in a small bowl.
- Add water a little at a time, continuing to whisk until you have a creamy pourable sauce.
- Use immediately or store in a covered glass jar in the fridge.
