This Blueberry Vegetable Smoothie is a refreshing and nutritious way to start your day, this recipe combines the sweetness of ripe banana and frozen wild blueberries with the freshness of celery, zucchini, and greens like spinach or kale. Packed with essential nutrients and plant-based protein, it’s perfect for breakfast, midday snack, or post workout recovery!

For those following a vegan diet, the collagen powder can be omitted without sacrificing protein content. Instead, you can increase the amount of hemp seeds or substitute with your preferred plant-based protein powder.

I’ve been doing my morning 30.30.30 for 6 weeks and I already have less anxiety, more energy in the mornings and my hormones are feeling more balanced! Yes please!

Blueberry Veg Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana

  • 1 ½ cups of frozen wild blueberries

  • 1 -2 large stems of celery

  • 1/2 cup sliced zucchini (about half a normal zuc, or one full small one)

  • 1 handful greens (spinach or kale)

  • 1/4 cup of Hemp Seeds

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup Unsweetened nut milk or water

  • 2 Tablespoons of almond or peanut butter

  • 4 scoops/servings of collagen powder **

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
    Enjoy immediately.

    **If vegan, omit collagen and double the hemp seeds OR use your plant protein powder of choice. Will change the flavor.
