This summer, we’re making some of our oat milk lattes at home, and we’re sitting in the sun, and we’re enjoy the hell outta them because they are delicious and also they are loving on our bodies at the same time.
I’ve been using Harmonic arts mushroom powders and elixirs for about 5 years. They were a big part of my lyme journey and supporting my body, and I just cant get over how amazing functional mushrooms are!
They meet my very picky standards though. Their products are grown with such care, high standards, 100% organic, no fillers or additives ever, and they care about planet earth!
