Golden Pumpkin Spice Elixir

Recipe by Arianne Jones
Makes

1

servings
Cooking time

2

minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of Golden Mylk Elixir by Harmonic Arts

  • 4-6oz warmed oat milk (or milk or choice)

  • 4-6oz hot water (or all nut milk if you want)

  • 1 Tablespoon pumpkin spice syrup (below)

  • 1/8 teaspoon reishi powder (optional calm boost)

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 1/4 cup + 3 Tablespoons maple syrup*

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree**

Directions

  • Make you pumpkin spice syrup by adding all the ingredients into a jar and mixing. Taste and adjust your spices! Are you spices fresh or old? Older spices will lose their flavour significantly and you may need to add more.
  • Make your golden elixir by frothing all the ingredients together in a frother, or blender.

Notes

  • *adjust more or less depending on how sweet you like your drinks
  • **not canned pumpkin pie puree which is full of sugar and additives. Just pumpkin puree
