You’re new summer smoothie just entered the scene.
Anti-inflammatory, 25g protein packed to start the day with long lasting energy, hydrating, and packed with nutrient dense veggies! Oh, and as per usual, delicious.
Spinach is rich in iron and vitamins. Pineapple is loaded with vitamin C and enzymes that aid digestion. Plus, did you know the pineapple has an enzyme called bromelain that is anti-inflammatory? Bananas offer potassium and natural sweetness, making the smoothie creamy without the need for added sugars.
For an extra nutritional punch, this recipe includes collagen protein, which supports healthy skin, hair, gut, and joints. Whether you’re looking for a quick breakfast or a post-workout recovery drink, this smoothie will make you feel great!
Also, did you know that Vitamix blenders are proven to last 10x longer than the average blender? And I can vouch for that! I got my first Vitamix 8 years ago. I use it nearly every single day (sometimes multiple times a day!) and it still works perfectly!
It’s truly a staple in my kitchen and I’ve been blown away by it’s lifetime value & functionality!
Also, it’s going to WAY up your smoothie game. No more chunks, no more weird texture. Smooth. Like, really smooth (ie).
Since I get asked this questions ALL THE TIME, these are the Vitamix models I recommend.
