You’re new summer smoothie just entered the scene.

Anti-inflammatory, 25g protein packed to start the day with long lasting energy, hydrating, and packed with nutrient dense veggies! Oh, and as per usual, delicious.

Spinach is rich in iron and vitamins. Pineapple is loaded with vitamin C and enzymes that aid digestion. Plus, did you know the pineapple has an enzyme called bromelain that is anti-inflammatory? Bananas offer potassium and natural sweetness, making the smoothie creamy without the need for added sugars.

For an extra nutritional punch, this recipe includes collagen protein, which supports healthy skin, hair, gut, and joints. Whether you’re looking for a quick breakfast or a post-workout recovery drink, this smoothie will make you feel great!

Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3–4 handfuls fresh baby spinach

  • 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about half a lime)

  • 1 cup of filtered water or coconut water

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 2+ servings of collagen protein

  • 2 stalks of celery

Directions

  • Add all to a Vitamix (or high speed blender) and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
