Strawberry lemonade popsicles are a refreshing, tangy-sweet treat. Made with fresh strawberries and lemon juice, these popsicles combine the natural sweetness of strawberries with the zesty punch of lemons. The result is a vibrant, flavorful popsicle that’s both thirst-quenching and satisfying.

Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  •  1 cup Filtered Water

  •  1 ½ Tablespoons Honey 

  • ¾  cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries

Directions

  • In a bowl or jar make lemonade by mixing lemon juice, water and honey until dissolved. If your honey is having trouble dissolving, you can warm the mixture.
  • Add a little more than half a cup of the lemonade to the blender with strawberries and blend until smooth. 
  • Fill popsicle containers up ½ -⅔ with strawberry lemonade.
  • Freeze for 45 minutes or until solid. 
  • Once frozen, top the popsicle molds with the plain lemonade mixture. Freeze for 2 hours or until completely frozen. Enjoy! 
  • *This mixture gives you a sweet yet slightly tart lemon flavour (which I love) – if you would like it to be sweeter, add more honey to taste.  
  • **Make them adult pops by adding some booze!
