Hi! Im arianne

Sleepy Calm End of Day Mocktail!  Save this Blackberry Mocktail for those perfect summer evenings!

There’s nothing better than sitting in the evening sunlight, sipping on this delightful drink while listening to music or chatting with my husband. It’s become my favorite end-of-day ritual. Not only is it delicious and satisfying, but it also makes my mind and body feel tangibly calmer and sleepier to end the day.

Make a batch of this Blackberry Mocktail and store it in the fridge for the week. Pour over ice and enjoy in the evenings.

Servings

2

servings

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons of Harmonic Arts Dream Tea (or use 2-3 chamomile tea bags)

  • 1 – 2 tablespoons honey⁣**

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries⁣

  • 3 oz tart cherry juice

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon⁣

  • 2ml of Harmonic Arts Feel Calm Tincture

  • *add gin or vodka if you want this to be an actual cocktail

  • **If you like your cocktails sweeter, add 2 tbsp; if you prefer them less sweet, add 1 tbsp. I like 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Steep your tea. Add 4tsp of Dream tea (or chamomille) to a mug with 2/3 cup boiling water.
    Steep for 10 mins.
  • Add 1 – 2 tablespoons of honey to melt in while its warm.
**if you like your cocktails sweeter as 2 Tablespoons, if you like them less sweet add 1 Tablespoon. I prefer 1 Tablespoon.
  • Move mug to the freezer to quickly cool it down. For about 30 mins.
  • Muddle your blackberries until a puree forms. If they are frozen, microwave them until softened (30 – 60 seconds ish). Strain the mixture to get a gorgeous blackberry juice.
  • To your cocktail shaker (or a large jar with a lid), add your chilled tea, blackberry juice, tart cherry juice, lemon juice, and feel calm tincture.
  • Pour into your favourite glass (over large ice cube or chill in the freezer or not), and enjoy.
